They really work!
I had to write a review because these patches work. I’m in my perimenopause stage of life and it’s been rough sleeping. I put this patch at night and for the first time in a long time I woke up with no pain. I cannot believe it I also had a long dream I actually remember. I am going to keep using them at night.

Worth it
Stickiness has been no issue for me. I wear them at night and have been feeling refreshed when I wake up. I used to wake up tired and with a headache. I also have more energy during the day and the joint pain is gone. Also I’m actually dreaming again a sign of quality REM sleep. Idk nor care if it’s just a placebo effect, for $18 a month it’s worth it.

Really intense
If I wear these, I wake up after only 6 hours sleep and crash out early. Not for beginners. If you're new to nad+, I suggest a gummy. Do not use these at all without consulting your doctor, there can be irritating side effects including insomnia you probably don't want to deal with.

These patches work like a charm. Don't have to take as many pills or vitamins everyday

Patch works without the nausea!
Love these. Put it on and no nausea like the oral capsules. Stay on for as long as you want ( I wear them for 8 hours). Have more energy, breathing better!!
