Don't want to call this a miracle pill yet, but this one has certainly worked for me. Approximately 7 lbs in a month. Have not changed anything: Low carb diet, intermittent fasting (9 pm to 12 pm), 35-40 min elliptical 6 days/week. I only take one right around noon with my lunch (about 500 kcal). Total kcal is about 1200-1400 usually. This does suppress appetitite and the caffeine does help in the afternoon, so no coffee after I finish the first 2 cups in the morning.

Didnt do absolutely anything for me. And it was not cheap.

I liked that it made me GO regularly.

I have been taking the instant knockout for years. Works great. This order was a little off due to receiving an empty package and having to reorder. I was out for a week

It's been 1 month since I included Instant Knockout into my daily routine. With a steady, not-so-strict diet, working out 4-5 days a week a little cardio I've managed to drop 16lbs so far and counting. Time to re-up!!!

Very disappointed in the second shipment of this product. I purchased my first order of Knock Out in May. There was a noticeable difference in the increase of my energy and it did help me lose some weight along with a proper diet and exercise. However, when I purchased my second order in August, there was a massive difference in the product. It didn’t offer me the same increase of energy, nor it didn’t help suppress my appetite as the the first order had done. Plus, all of the capsules were coated or rather I should are coated with what I believe is the pepper they add to the product even though there are no broken capsules in my bottle. At first, I had hoped that it was just a couple of them, but they all are that way causing one to gag severely as you try to swallow. I had hoped I had found a good product to help me maintain the weight that I love being at, but it looks like I will have to keep up my search.
