Histoires de Parfums 1899 Eau De Parfum Spray, 0.5 Fl Oz

This cologne has become my go-to for years. I can't get enough of it. I've had people compare it to Tom Ford fragrance, which makes sense because Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille and Tuscan Leather are faves of mine as well. I got this smaller size so I could take my favorite cologne on biz trips or vacation and so far it's perfect.

Ive been obsessed with this perfume for years and im so happy to have it!

Don’t get me wrong, this is a great fragrance, but I already own Spicebomb edt by Viktor & Rolf and this smells a bit too similar. Which makes it a redundant purchase for me. I’ve read that this is based on Ernest Hemingway, a favorite writer of my father and I, so I’ll keep it on the bookshelf near his books and take it with me on trips since it’s a small travel-size atomizer. It also smells similar to Rehab by Initio, which is a very pricy niche fragrance that I also have a sample of. So yeah, redundant purchase and I took a star away from my review for smelling like other fragrances, but if you don’t own either of those scents this could be a great scent for cooler weather. Spicy, warm, a little sweet. It’s a very cozy and inviting fragrance.

I’ve been using this cologne for years. Discovered it in a Birch Box. Has a sharp cedar wood smell to it. 60% of the time it works everytime!
