Second pair of Under Armour compression shorts and they don’t fail to impress. These are great for the shorter among us. I’m 5’7” and they are great. I’ve tried other versions before and the leg has been too long. Look for the ‘short short’ reference when buying. Comfortable and supportive in all the correct locations, my last pair lasted 6yrs playing tennis 2-3 times a week over 8months a year. Should have bought two!!

I bought these compression shorts for the gym and walking in hot countries. Here are my thoughts after a month of use: Appearance - The black shorts are sleek and have standard branding on the waist and right quad. They have a slight shine owing to the synthetic materials. The phone pocket is on the right leg. Function - The shorts have a snug fit around the legs and groin. The waist can feel tight after an hour or so as it compresses. When exercising or walking in hot climates, I felt they kept me cool and didn’t get soggy from sweat. They can accommodate a fair bit of stretch and minimise chafing, which is helpful for different leg movements. The phone pocket is handy, but I rarely use it outside the home as I wear looser shorts over these anyway. I wouldn’t wear these when lounging around the house, as the compression can be uncomfortable after a while. Durability - My shorts have had no rips or loose threads so far. They’ve survived several wash and high-heat tumble dry cycles without issue. I can see them lasting me a fair while before the elastic starts to loosen. Comparison - There are much cheaper options out there, but for the price point I think these offer a good combination of comfort, quality and durability. Overall - I’ve enjoyed using these shorts, and will likely continue with them for months/years to come. Would happily buy again.

Fit perfectly. Great for an under layer when i run in shorts. The side pocket holds my phone and glasses perfectly with no shake. After several washes they still feel great. No worn out stretches. These are my second pair.

Great shorts from Under Armour which is good quality

Needed to replace my previous UA compression shorts that have lasted over 5 years. These have a very good fit, they don't ride up and have excellent sweat wicking. I use these for kickboxing/ju-jitus/running , the side-pocket for a phone seems a bit superfluous. Usually I'm a size L, but if you have large legs go a size up to XL, the waistband has good elasticity, won't slip and doesn't 'pinch'. Overall, 10/10 for quality, performance and value. Highly recommended.

As an odl boy who took up running I was struggling a tad and I have tried a number of compression pants help me keep it together. On the spur of the moment I decided to give these a try, despite being a bit more expensive. After a couple of uses, I bought another pair. They are comfortable, great during a run and I am convinced speed up recovery of very old and worn joints and muscles afterwards. The alternatives are relegated to the bottom drawer.

Short très agréable à porter, légèrement comprimant mais pas trop. Il suit tous les mouvements du corps. Il ne glisse pas et ne remonte pas. Il sèche très rapidement après lavage (30 °C, essorage pas plus que 800 tours/minute). Laisser sécher à l’air libre, il ne faut pas le mettre au sèche-linge. Attention c’est une taille américaine assez grande. Si on hésite entre deux tailles, il faut prendre la plus petite. C’est mieux de le porter tout seul à même la peau, pour courir ou marcher c’est très bien. En salle de sport sur les machines je mets dessus un petit short un peu ample en coton (sans slip intérieur) pour éviter de porter un vêtement trop moulant.
