6 inch Shelf Brackets

I wanted a sturdy bracket with centerline holes that would allow me to mount the bracket directly to the studs for my custom-made laundry room shelf. I was VERY pleased with the quality of these brackets. The paint was smooth and consistent, the countersunk holes were clean, all units level, and the hardware was EXCELLENT. I cannot count hom many times I have been frustrated with cheap mounting hardware, finally someone got it right. Very happy with this purchase. I've got about 70 lbs of stuff sitting on them now with no deflection.

I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the material. I wasn't expecting this thick and solid L bars but it can hold over my desired weight. Even screws are thick. Though, I'm overall happy but I didn't really need this strong material but will keep it. It could easily hold a 75" plus tv.

These support brackets will definitely get the job done: strong, sturdy, thick. It also has a nice finish over the brass coloring.However, one minor annoyance that I feel is worth mentioning is that the brackets had these dots/punctures along the underside (or the side that is most likely to be visible when you install it) of the bracket. From afar they won't be noticable but personally I couldn't stand them.

I typically swap the supplied hanging supplies with stronger anchors and screws... This time I didn't and started to use the supplied screws and the head sheared right off! Home improvement stores have gold interior wood screws that match great (Lowe's/ Home Depot etc.)

These gold shelf brackets are a steal for the price! Easy to install, they're holding up my shelf like a champ. The gold finish gives them a more expensive look, not the cheap looking gold color. they seem sturdy enough to handle the weight- i used the four for one long shelf behind my couch. have heavy vases full of sea shells. No complaints here – a solid buy for anyone looking to spruce up their space without breaking the bank!
