Sturdy and very well made, setup is a challenge
This was an intense learning experience. The end result is great. The setup was exhausting. It took my husband and I 3 separate 3-hour sessions to get it all put together. For reference, my husband has a math degree and I have a doctorate. We aren’t inept people. The instructions come in a thick packet that I ended up 3-hole punching and putting in a binder to make the process easier. I would also recommend watching the entire video of the guy putting the play set together before you tackle it, it definitely came in handy. There is also an app that will walk you through putting it together. Be well organized and make sure you double check which piece you have and which hardware is required. The “self tapping” screws that are supposed to go through steel (without a guide hole) are ridiculous. There are around 25 of them, make sure your drill is fully charged. After all was said and done, though, we haven’t even put the anchors in yet because the thing hasn’t wobbled at all with our kids swinging as high as they can go on it. It is incredibly sturdy and very well made. Worth the money, just have to put in the time.

fun but rough install!!!!!
instructions were clear and it was "easy" to install, but man it was rough! especially getting the roof on!!! I used the app a couple times to spin the 3d image around and check to make sure the holes in all the poles were in the right place, but other than just used the paper instructions.took my dad and I two days, 5+ hours per day, to finish it, not the 4 hours it says when you order. we were both worn out after. might blame his aches on age, but I was sore after as well! "it ain't the years kid, its' the mileage!"only thing that was annoying was that at the very end, you take two of the main poles apart to put the rope climb on- why can't the rope be put on and left to "hang" there at the start when you first screw the poles together, instead of having to unscrew them and literally LIFT the entire structure up a couple inches to slide the rope on. heavy! other than that, instructions made a lot of sense.but all in all, we like it and it seems sturdy and plastic parts seem thicker and stronger than our last cheap-o playset. kids love it. gives them a nice view of the neighbor's yard so hopefully they aren't to bothered by the tower!

AWESOME PRODUCT!!!
After a great deal of research, I purchased this play set for my four year old grandson. It took two paid handymen to assemble it, but it was well worth it. The play set is sturdy and really solid. I’m able to climb up in the tower with my grandson without fear of it collapsing. My grandson is thrilled and we all LOVE IT!!!

Sturdy and kids love it
This took several afternoons after work to assemble. The instructions are pretty straightforward, but I had to back up a few times to double check steps. The bolts and hardware are all in blister packs that are labeled well. Make sure to use the bolts out of the blister packs as you go versus opening them early and getting mixed up.

Great with a few minor things
The app to assist build was fantastic. It says 4 hours. It took us like 10-11 but I still think much easier than a wooden playscape. It’s good quality. We had major issues attaching the rope net section to the point it actually bent the steel frame in back.

Faulty part made assembly a hassle
One of the support pieces was missing a hole and the other was completely off center, almost through the edge of the other side. My husband had to drill a hole with a bit and make the other hole larger so the pieces would screw together. Wasted so much time.
