Awesome and exactly what I wanted. I was able to get more than 1 paw print with the clay.

The frame arrived broken but they immediately sent a replacement the next day. Good frame to hang a dog collar to keep in a special place along with their picture

I ordered this shadowbox a few years ago when I lost one of my dogs and was happy with it. I ordered another one upon my other dog's passing and this one arrived with the insert bent. The insert ended up being cut too large and had just been jammed in causing it to bend. I was able to cut it to size and flatten the insert back out.

We have purchased this frame for each of the dogs we have lost and they are great. Good quality at a good price.

I recently lost my retired service dog who was a 8 year old black German Shepherd. I adopted him when he was 2 years old and we were inseparable...he gave me my life back after I became disabled. Even once he was retired and could no longer do public access with me, he didn't stop working, though it was in a different capacity. He took on the job of helping my new service dog get used to our household; he did wonders by showing her the ropes, and the best way she can help me. I can't begin to explain the agony I feel over my best friend's death.However, seeing this picture frame made me cry (which I suppose is nothing new, because it's only been a month, and crying is all I can do nowadays!) because of how lovely it is. I don't know how to explain it, but it just FITS, you know? The frame and everything itself came in perfect condition, which is good, since I saw a review about how someone's came broken. I had no such problems, and love the rich brown color of the wood was unmarred...for now, anyway, since I have a cat who likes to knock stuff over. I think I was lucky, because my boy's black leather collar fit just fine without cutting it -- which is good, because I don't think I could bare cutting it, even just for cosmetic reasons so it'd fit. It was a little snug, but that'll help keep it in place/loosening it. It also had enough room that it shows his engraved name tags, which includes his service dog medical alert tag. I swear that he knew he was my advocate for when I was unable to speak, and because of that, he always wore that tag proudly. Now I have a gorgeous framed picture to go on the shelf with his old service dog gear, with this picture in full display. He really was one of a kind and this frame shows that.

The mat inside is super cheap and thin

This is a great memorial piece for your dog. However, keep in mind that the frame only works well with the very thin collar,... My dog's collar was pretty bulky and thick made of leather. I did make it work by cutting the openings to widen them, and cut the back panel to keep the collar in one (1) piece. I did not want to cut the collar. so, the end product has the collar round sticks out in the back of the frame. Took some work, but it worked out.

I wanted a black frame but this was dark enough that I went with it since I couldnt find a black one. The holes for the collar to slide through are not very wide so I had to shove his collar through which pushed the edges of the holes a bit but I think it looks ok once framed up. It probably wouldnt work for a much bigger collar though as I had a hard time getting the back on the frame as it was with his collar in there. Some other reviews said they had to cut the collar to make it fit but I really didnt want to have to cut anything of his up so I was glad to get it to work. I did tape the tag in place so it would stay in view and not slide or turn behind the collar. I also taped the picture in place before putting it all together- I strongly recommend doing this otherwise you will be fighting to keep the picture and collar in the position you want it in as you close the frame up...

Unfortunately we lost our boy last week. We kept his collar, totally unaware of any product like this. We were looking for some kind of memorial for him as he was such a lovely dog in more ways than one, and we came across the frame, so for us it was a no brainer, we get to have a memorial where we use his collar.If there is one gripe, it's probably best suited to a material collar as opposed to a leather one, we found that the leather collar was a bit more of a push to get in, but we got there in the end, the card provided did tear slightly, but we covered that with card of our own.But that aside, it's a beautiful tribute to our boy. People just love it and comment on how fitting it is.

I bought this for a memoir after my dog crossed the rainbow bridge. He was a Jack Russell, so not a large collar, but I cannot get the back closed with the collar in. It’s not very deep at all. Even his puppy collar doesn’t fit! So you’ll need to cut a hole or chop the collar to make it fit

My dog was only a Jack Russell and I struggled to fit collar in. Perhaps better suited to a cat collar.Also the photo keeps falling down inside the frame so I’ve had to stick it to the back of the frame

Great quality beautiful keep sake .. wouldn't recommend for large dog collars but perfect for a small to medium size, could fit a larger one if trimmed or seqeezed in, but over all 5 stars beautiful item.

Lovely idea, but could do with being deeper, I only had a Westie and his collar had to be squashed in to fit.
