It was a very good book to help my wife cook

Hugely Disappointed
I'm not sure where to start with this one. I try to find something positive to post in my reviews, but this one was difficult. The best I can say is, some of the recipes appear to be with trying but look to be hit and miss with the recipes. For instance, the Ham and Cheddar Bread calls for bacon, not ham and right above this recipe is a recipe for Cheese Bacon Bread with a largely different list and quantity of ingredients. Many of the recipes appear to be missing key ingredients and the recipe formulas really seem inconsistent. Has far as the title of the book being "Simple Hands-Off Recipes to Bake" most of the recipes I read call for the "Dough" cycle meaning there will be A LOT of hands on if you want to make these recipes. Lastly, the grammar, typos are really bad and the indexing is terrible. Overall, I feel like this book was written in a hurry with little proof reading. I think the book has a lot of potential but needs some serious reworking before being offered for sale.

some good some bad
I've used some of the recipes and they turned out fine, but there are a lot of errors in the book. The table of contents doesn't match the actual contents, and some of the recipes don't match the ingredients used. But it does give you a good idea of what type of breads there are and what the common ingredients needed are most the time. I don't always follow the recipes, because I like to ad lib when I cook, so the book gives me a good base to start from. I do wish the book had some editing and quality control before they published though.

Excellent set of homemade bread recipes
The book offers a wide range of recipes, including traditional white and whole loaves, as well as options like gluten-free, herb-infused, and sweet dessert breads. What I love most about this book is the clear, step-by-step instructions for each recipe, making it easy to follow. I especially enjoyed the color version, which features vibrant photos of homemade breads that inspired me to try the recipes.

Hard to Read!
The recipes are good and we’re excited to make more of them but MY GOSH the type is bad! It’s off center, 1-2 letters are pushed to the next line, and the letters are overlapping! It looks like nobody proofread this book before or after printing. Never seen anything like it!

Not what I was thinking. Oven required
Gave two stars because this is supposed to be a bread machine cookbook, NOT bread machine cookbook and half oven cookbook. I was really disappointed that ALL of the recipes called for the bread machine to mix the ingredients then promptly remove the ingredients to fire up the oven and bake the mixed ingredients.. no alternatives were given or time ratios for bread machines v. oven. That’s completely defeats the purpose of the bread machine cookbook.! I already have a nice KitchenAid mixer for which I use to mix the ingredients what I really wanted was a bread machine 100% cookbook. I’m really disappointed in this cookbook. As you can see by some of the pictures that I took that it does require preheating the oven and baking the bread in an oven. Truly disappointing. What is the point of the having a bread machine with so many options (27 to1) when you have to use an oven??? I actually think I will return this book. It’s useless for me because I do not want to use the recipes to bake in an oven when I am trying to lean how to use a bread machine.

Well worth it. Try every recipe
My mom has all of a sudden suddenly decided to get into making bread and she had a bread machine and she was getting another new one for her birthday Day so I figured this would be a great gift to go along with it . She loved it. She made so many of these recipes recipes you didn’t think would be good. Tasted great
