Work well. My mouth gets dry due to meds and this helps me avoid cavities while sleeping. It has a mild minty taste ad lasts most of the night. I sometimes use it during the day as well and it is nice and discreet.

This works really well to wet the mouth if you have an autoimmune condition. It lasts all night if you use two, one on each side. They attach securely to the gums. Doesn’t feel bulky in the mouth. Nice and smooth against the cheek. I get the mild mint flavor which tastes good. It is flavored with xylitol which the dentist says will not rot my teeth like sugar would so I use it every day. The fact that it is sugar free really helps. I used to get the boxes that have each lozenge in a blister pack. But I’d often buy 6 boxes and then only get 2. But this has the same amount in a bottle, and they stay in good condition. Turns out the blister pack is not necessary. And this way it is all in one so no more delivery issues! Highly recommend.

Helps at night. Read about these from a cpap user forum, but I only use two and swap every other night, either bottom or top. If I used 4 per night, I lost my sense of taste. The xylitol does also seem to alleviate plaque buildup and my dentist noticed as well. Not a cheap product, but the bottle gives more than the foil packs at the grocery store with less waste.
