Q: Does it come with a light diffuser to avoid light reflecting on items?

The "soft cloth" aka a piece of plastic that COULD be a diffuser is in the box, but it does not stay up against the lights to properlyuy line up nor actually diffuse. disappointing.

Q: I read that the connection gets really hot. Can I leave this connected for long period of time?

I’m not sure about the heat as I unplugged mine when I wasn’t using it. After about 8-10 months the wiring did start to make the lights glitch and within the year they no longer worked at all.

Q: Is this big enough for a pair of shoes?
