A Thousand Plateaus: Capitalism and Schizophrenia Paperback – 21 Dec. 1987

The five star rating refers only to the pure philosophical rhizomatic wizardry of this book, needless to say it's very close to a life changing experience. Although, I'd recommend to get acquainted with the schizo excursions of "Anti-oedipus" first.The overall presentation of the 2013 Bloomsbury Revelations edition is great, the format is quite comfortable (it's noticeably bigger than the Continuum edition) and has nice cover design. But beware, there are way too many typos! It's very close to the threshold of unacceptability. It's quite a shame for Bloomsbury to publish such an exceptional book with so poor editorial job. This certainly won't stop me from completing it, but I won't be inclined to buy anything from the Bloomsbury Revelations series again.

Great, if challenging book. Enjoying collision of ideas with Meillasioux and even Zizek. The book, however, is too darn big and heavy. Needs a Kindle version, but that's also deficient because you can't scribble in the margins. Docked them a star just for this. A rhyzomatic problem evidently.

This book was received with thanks and will be well read while studying for a masters degree and hopefully will add to the recipients knowledge.

Good book overall. Be aware that this version published by Bloomsbury misses the notes under the table of contents as seen in the French original version or English versions published by UoM press, continuum and penguin. Also Bloomsbury has this history that in other (not sure if a thousand plateaus is included) works of D&G, they missed some diagrams when reprinting from continuum versions.
