Was looking for a calendula salve to help reduce inflammation and aid healing of minor skin sores - insect bites, blisters from rubbing, scratches and the like. This is a nice formulation. The scent is VERY light - almost nonexistent, and the ointment has a light feel, not greasy, and disappears into the skin quickly. This ointment makes these minor skin irritations heal faster. It reduces inflammation and skin sensitivity - reduces the itching, so less scratching 😁. It also keeps any scabbing stay soft, ensuring they stay in place until the delicate new skin has healed sufficiently, so less re-injuring the wound - faster healing. We bought this first for our elderly mother, as her thin, delicate skin was having trouble healing. It worked so well we have added a jar to own own medical kit and plan to keep it on hand.

Great salve with calendula and liquorice for bags under eyes. Pure and high quality. I alternate with Ordinary Caffeine 5% and it’s made a big difference.

It feels so good on the skin and it heals like a miracle! My husband suffers from chapped lips, and it healed him as soon as he put it on! I always get skin burns from the sun and it heals it right up. Burns from the stove, no problem with this salve! Put it on the burn and the burn is like it was never there!
