Does anyone know, one bridge is enough for two cars and two garage door openers?

Yes. I have a 2014 GMC Acadia, a 2006 GMC Envoy, and two Liftmaster 8355W garage door openers. One bridge is all I needed. Just keep repeating the programming instructions until all the buttons are completed. I only had to program each vehicle button once and then all four buttons worked.

Will this communicate with a newer craftsman opener?

Yes, I just bought a new Craftsman garage door opener and one of my car's homelink was not responding to the opener. I then purchased the homelink bridge and it solved the problem.

does anyone know if this compatiblity bridge works with 2007 Honda Pilot

I have a 2006 Honda Pilot and it is what I needed to "bridge" the Homelink to the new openers.

Is this product the same as the Compatibility Bridge?

Yes. This Bridge lets vehicles with Homelink made before 2008, to open/close garage door openers. Though I have to hold the car's Homelink button a second or two longer before the door the opens. Worked for my 2004 Prius and 2001 RX300.

I purchased this to help setup the on-board door opener in our vehicles. Due to the age of our vehicles compared to the recent door opener we put in, we couldn’t program the on-board openers. This product resolved that problem. We have a Liftmaster 8500 wall mount opener. Our vehicles are a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2006 Jeep Commander. I mounted the device in an outlet near the door and both vehicles programmed on the first try. Now we have our Jeeps programmed for all the garage doors we have so that either Jeep can park in either place. This device made it so we could continue using old technology with new, it’s out of the way and does what it’s supposed to. I anticipate using the same device in our next home as well. I would buy again.

I have 2 cars with older Homelink systems built in that will not speak to my modern garage door heads. So I bought this product and voila now both cars open the garage doors. What's nice is that I can set up each garage door for any button. So both cars can open both doors individually. The training is no different than how you set up your garage door opener now: use the provided new remote to train the car, press the train button on the garage door head and press the button in the car you just trained. The head learns the code magically via this product and the garage door opens.

I could not get my garage door to sync with the home link in the car. (I am not new to home link and have used it successfully many times with numerous garage door openers.) This compatibility bridge solved the connectivity problem. It acts as a "go between" that receives the signal from the car's home link, and sends it to the receiver on the door opener. For lack of a better analogy, the home link in the car could not "talk" directly to the door opener without this device to "translate" the signal. It was easy to install (just plug it in), sync the units and you are done.
