Wanted a natural version of Vick's vapor rub and found this one. VERY HAPPY with it. I put it on my nose and it handles the stuffiness. I put it on my neck when I have a cough and it helps to stop the cough and also bring up stuff up. I buy the nighttime version because it contains lavender.

Been using this since I was a kid. Alternative for Pharmaceutical medicine, when my nose is stuffed up, i put it directly in my nose and go to sleep, wipe it out later when I blow my nose after I've slept all night. For new users it MIGHT take some getting use too, but it work.
