I liked this product good value and I'm still using them now

I accidentally overtightened the control knob switching the gas off and it came loose, no longer controlling the gas flow (thankfully in the off position). My mistake, to be sure, but not great after the first use, all the same.Now I've had to reorder the same model to be sure it will work with the gas bottles.Nevertheless, a good torch when working.

Was going to return this because the head wouldn't fit to the gas canister. Pushing it down didn't work. Had to twist the head to get it to lock on to the gas canister.
