Yes, it is more of a light grey than a white, but for the price, who cares? It works great by the fireplace for fireplace tools. We filled the bottom with coarse sand to avoid cracks from blunt objects, such as pokers, slamming into the porcelain. A layer of cement could work as well. The umbrella stand is a nice attractive, piece with some good weight to it. I’m very happy with this purchase. One of the photos that I posted is of a Chinese garden stool that we purchased years ago. We use it as an end table in the same room. The garden stool is actually a darker grey than the umbrella stand. I just don’t think you’ll ever get a true ‘white’ when purchasing these types of items. They’ll all be different shades of light grey.

It was packaged well and arrived with no chips or damage. Looks great in my entryway holding walking sticks and umbrella.

The vase itself is fine, it is an umbrella holder with a lovely blue pattern. However, in all images across several devices, the vase looked white and blue, or a very very light grey and blue. Upon receipt, the item was cement grey and blue. This is ultimately acceptable, since it does still work, and it does serve its purpose very well. It was packaged beautifully in ways I wish fragile items were more often. It was a casket of styrofoam, a thick cardboard box, then an additional thick cardboard box. This was not going to break, and it also didnt feel like truly excessive packaging. I just wish that more folks talked about the true color. It really is grey and blue. Sidewalk cement grey.

Besides this umbrella stand being beautiful it holds can hold up to 7-8 umbrellas with ease. It is so heavy there is no chance of it falling over. The height is perfect for taller umbrellas. I love the white & blue design on it.

This umbrella stand is really gorgeous. Well made and sturdy, exactly what I wanted. Noting like other reviewers mentioned it’s not blue and white it’s blue and grey. I purchased it knowing it was a light grey and I’m very pleased with its overall appearance!

The reviews are correct: this is blue and white-gray, not as white as perhaps as some customers expect. However, this is an excellent umbrella holder. This holds our full length wood cane umbrellas (fulton ones) and can hold 8 easily. It is 2 feet high as described (which is longer than some other umbrella vases on sale). We needed this because the umbrellas would all be in a corner against the wall. It was packaged well and came undamaged. The downside is that the box was mangled, but the Styrofoam protected it. Interior is unglazed (ugly gray white) and the bottom of the vase is rough. You may need felt pads to protect any hardwood floors this thing sits on. For us, this doesn't matter (can't see the inside because it is full of umbrellas and it sits on ceramic tiles). I like this a lot. Better than some other version out there and the price was right.
