- ✔ 2019 ORGANICALLY FARMED & VEGAN SPANISH RED WINE - Luscious and fresh, with suprising acidity and a light mineral touch, this wine loves food, especially rich tomato sauces and pasta, hand selected berries undergo a cold soak maceration and fermentation on the skins in 1,500 litre foudres using indigenous yeast, the wine is extracted by a slow vertical pressing followed by 4 months of aging in 300l old French oak barrels on the fine lees, 12.50% ABV
- ✔ 100% NATIVE SUMOLL GRAPE VARIETAL - A beautiful expression of the Sumoll grape variety, native to Catalonia, the vines are planted at over 500 meters (1,650 feet), giving a slightly savoury, brooding and complex wine, very food-friendly and goes particularly well with pasta and tomato based sauces
- ✔ TEXTURED & MEDIUM-BODIED RED WINE - Strong mineral character perfectly balanced by rounded tannins and plenty of black fruit, fermentation in oak foudres using indigenous yeast turns it into a slightly savoury and brooding mineral wine, that nonetheless bursts with red currants and black morello cherries on the nose
