Pillow is too small and not worth the money paid

Very good for elderly

I bought this pillow to force me to sleep on my side since I have severe sleep apnea. It made my AHI numbers go down a lot. ( I also use a Resmed machine) I get much better sleep. It is not perfect. Sometimes it will slide in bed and I end up sleeping mostly on my back. I wish it was a bit longer and weighed more. However, it is the best aid I have found to make me sleep on my back.

This pillow works really good, I only wish it was a tad longer. Really good support.
