I have about 30 purses from Portland Leather goods. They come in all colors and styles and I need this product to protect all the browns or the light beiges, oranges yellows etc. I treat my purses and totes probably rough but I try to put this leather cleaner on first. If not and I spill something on it, it gets the stain out and brings back the beautiful luster, whether on firmer leather or pebbled. I took my oversized leather tote on a trip and I kicked it under the seat on takeoff. Not a scratch or dirt! Good on shoes and wallets, phone cases too. Cleans really well. Happy with purchase. Really depends on what kind of stain you have. Simple dirt or ink stain. I have not used it on ink stains. Works as it should. After cleaning, use their conditioner for better results
