I only use stainless steel pans and this turner is great! Easy to clean, super durable, nice heavy weight to it, not cheap or flimsy. Great value for the money. Makes flipping eggs over much easier than a plastic spatula. The handle length is great for grip. You can use this with a variety of foods no problem; eggs, pancakes, burgers, veggies. I would highly recommend this to anyone who cooks at home.

This is one if my favorite kitchen utensils. I bought one in Sweden decades ago that finally bit the dust. I replaced it with this Sabatier which is the ideal size for flipping, scooping, pressing, and serving. It has a sturdy handle that feels solid and doesn't transfer heat. It's easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and a delight to use. I liked it so much, I bought a second one for my son as a surprise. He is as delighted with his as I am with mine.
