The only worklight for me, in my opinion !
I have bought at least 5 previous versions of this light & they always have exceeded my expectations. Believe me, I have tried quite a few different brands of led worklights, & I always seem to come back to OrHomeLife brand. I'm now a retired automotive mechanic but still repair my own vehicles, as well as friends & neighbors. These lights are very durable & bright, as well as very light in weight, compact, & the best part of all, very affordable. Buy one & be hooked forever !!!

Solid light, well worth the money.
Plenty bright, long battery life, battery indicator, doubles as a flashlight. Has a hook for hanging and the magnetic base holds it well if you have something metal. The only drawback is if you can't hang it or stick it to metal, it's very unstable and almost impossible to point the light where you want it and keep it there, but with some creative positioning it will get the job done. I wish it had a more stable base, but otherwise well made.

Great light. Buy extra as they take a while to charge.
Light lasts for hours and when it starts to fade out, you can adjust the dial and it will brighten back up for a little while longer. It does take a while to charge so I bought two extra. I just rotate them as needed. The light works really well for tight spots like in an engine bay. The magnet with an adjustable base is great, too.

Good product, but… (Yup, there’s a but)
I purchased this light back in April 2022, this review was written in Aug 2022. Here’s my 4 month assessment. Purchased this light as a tool for odd jobs and car repair. The light works great, very bright and the adjustable control allows you to adjust the brightness. The flash light is very bright but it gets the job done. The work light is very flexible, allowing multiple configurations to achieve maximum angle to illuminate any project. The battery life is good, I get about 4 hours or so at the brightness setting. Setting the brightness to a lower voltage preserves battery life a little longer. The magnet is very strong, and this is where the problems lays. The ball and socket coupler, located at the base of the light, which adds additional flexibility, is made of cheap plastic. Because the magnet is so strong, dislodging the light from a metal surface pulls the ball out of the socket, leaving the magnet attached to the surface. Once that happens, regardless of how tight you tighten the screw the plastic coupler is now stretched out of position, thus the magnet easily disengages from the work light. Additionally, because the coupler is stretched, the light will not hold its position. If this problem didn’t exist this would be an awesome bang for the buck, now it’s more of a hassle.

Light seems good with good flexibility
I am doing an edit from a 1 stat to 5. I was using a bad charger that wasn't charging the battery fully. I am retesting the light with a new charger plug. 40 minutes on high & its 2 out of 5 bar. I think I'll buy another set

Great for Trash Picking :)
I am a powdercoater and mechanic and love the portable work lights. I have had the Astro, the Braun and about ten low end ones. My favorite is the Braun for its heavy duty housing and foldability but I needed one to keep in my truck as I enjoy being a 'Picker'. Now that winter is coming the days are getting shorter so it's dark in the early mornings. I charged this and had it in my truck. I had to check out some plywood before loading it to see if there were nails or staples in it. I love the way you can keep it dim or crank it up enough to light up the whole street. It is almost identical to the Astro and my Astro hanger broke off so I try not to use that feature but the magnetic base works perfect for placing on the back of my bed while loading. For the cost being 1/3 of the astro and half of the Braun, this will be purchased again in the future. Update: Just bought another one. These are really great lights. Well worth the cost. Brighter than any of my other lights. Can hang if there is no Ferris metal around. Magnet is more than strong enough to swivel the base without the magnet coming unattached till you need it to.
