## Description

Your mechanical keyboard is the centerpiece of your desk. Don't let stock keycaps hold it back. The Tecware Pudding PBT Keycap Set is designed to unleash the full potential of your board's RGB lighting while upgrading the typing feel. Designed for Phantom & Phantom+ While compatible with most standard mechanical keyboards, this set is the ideal companion for the Tecware Phantom and Phantom+ series. It includes the specific key sizes needed to fill out your board perfectly, ensuring no gaps or mismatched keys. The "Pudding" Effect The magic lies in the dual-layer design. The opaque top keeps the legend crisp and readable, while the translucent sides allow light to diffuse outwards. The result is a soft, vibrant aura around every key that transforms the look of your entire setup. Why PBT? Most stock keyboards come with ABS keycaps that get shiny and slippery over time. PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) is a harder, more durable plastic. It features a subtle texture that offers better grip and refuses to wear down, even after millions of keystrokes. In the Box: 112 x PBT Pudding Keycaps (Clear and White Jelly-Style) 1 x Keycap Puller Tool

## Features

- PUDDING DUAL-LAYER DESIGN: Give your keyboard a serious glow-up. These keycaps feature a translucent "pudding" skirt that lets your LED backlight shine through with maximum brightness. The dual-layer construction creates a stunning, radiant effect that standard solid caps just can’t match.
- PERFECT FIT FOR PHANTOM SERIES: Specifically optimized for Tecware Phantom and Phantom+ mechanical keyboards. This set guarantees full compatibility and a seamless aesthetic upgrade for your Tecware board, while also fitting standard US ANSI layout mechanical keyboards from other brands.
- DURABLE PBT MATERIAL: Built to withstand heavy daily use. We use high-quality PBT plastic that resists wear, friction, and the dreaded "oil shine" that plagues cheaper ABS keys. The textured surface provides a gritty, premium feel that gamers and typists love.
- DOUBLE-SHOT LEGENDS: The characters on these keys are not printed. They are physically molded into the plastic using a double-shot injection process. This means the legends will never fade, wear away, or become illegible, ensuring a clean look for years.
- WIDE COMPATIBILITY & SIZE CHART: Designed for the standard US ANSI layout. This 112-key set fits full-size, TKL, and compact boards. Please refer to the Keycap Size Chart in the image gallery to confirm your keyboard's bottom row layout matches our standard 6.25u spacebar and 1.25u modifier keys.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buen precio buena calidad al tacto y calzan perfecto
*by on Reviewed in Mexico 5 May 2021*

Calzan muy bien con las red cherry de mi Corsair, anteriormente salian volando con las originales a cada rato y con estas ya no, se sienten más justas. El traslucido se ve bien padre con el rgb.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great light distribution for "North" LED keyswitches
*by on Reviewed in the United States 30 May 2022*

I've been using these white pudding-style keycaps now for approximately three months. Because I bought the white ones, I figured I should give it some time to see if the plastic discolored or stained or otherwise became "yucky-looking" after a few months of pretty regular use (and, I'll admit, eating at the keyboard with moderate care to keep fingers clean.) The result? The tops are still white and bright.Next, I was concerned with the materials. They're slightly thicker than most "budget-friendly" PBT keycaps described as "thick" which makes for a more satisfying keyboard sound to me—but I'm not sure you'd notice that unless you have a pretty heavy/solid keyboard deck. Probably the reason for it is that shine-through double-shot PBT keycaps are not made with PBT exclusively. The white plastic is PBT. The milky semi-opaque stuff is another kind of plastic. That's true of all shine-through keycaps due to the nature of PBT, but in a pudding keycap the plastic needs to be just slightly thicker. I see it as a win. But because there are two plastics and less mating surface, I wanted to make sure the materials and their bond to each other were holding up—they are!The font is not overly "gamery", but there are tasteful stencil cuts in letters like A, Q, O, P, etc. but they don't stand out. The "gamer" font with bold thick letters and large stencil cuts is used on many keyboards because it's an inexpensive way to get quality results. These keycaps achieve them without doing that, suggesting a little more precision in the molding process. The punctuation keys are slightly dimmer than the others on the tops as you'd expect, but they're all bright on the sides except for the space bar, and that only because my keyboard has one solitary space bar LED in the center. If you've got three or more in yours, the whole thing will light up.So far I've described these as overwhelmingly five star keycaps … is there any downside? Yes, one. I can feel but not see some of the places the sprue was attached to the bottoms some keycaps. It's one of those things that is there if you know to feel for it—it's definitely present and visible on cheaper keycaps. You won't notice it while using the keyboard, but might when removing the keycaps for a deep cleaning. On the whole, I'm impressed with these, especially because I know what some folks pay for thick ABS keycaps with any better fit and finish than these have.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes My Keyboard Look AMAZING.
*by on Reviewed in Canada 29 July 2025*

These pudding keycaps make the keys look like they are floating and because the bottom of the keycaps are seethrough you can see the rgb wayy more. I was going to buy other keycaps but as soon as I saw these I knew immediately I had to buy them. They also sound pretty nice with red switches and yellow switches (I haven't tried them on my blue switches yet). Anyway this is actually an amazing set of keycaps but before you buy them there is one thing that you may need to be weary of. Some keycaps like PgUp or PgDn will be at a weird height and might not match with where your keys are on your keyboard so what I do is I just line them up based off of how high those keys are or not. If you use those keys a lot then you might not want to get them but if your like me and never use those keys then I think that this keycap set may be for you.
