It may have higher amounts of cinnamon oil which can cause reactions to sensitive skin. It seems to have more cinnamon smell than thieves or onguard. My family has used it topically with no problems, however we have had burning reactions to Christmas Spirit blend from YL that was applied topically and has lots of cinnamon in it. This blend is one of my absolute faves. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I use this to add to coconut oil for oil pulling! *by H***E on 23 December 2020* After looking for an alternative to commercial oil pulling products due to the high cost, I decided to add this to my own coconut oil and it's great. Much more cost effective and the perfect ingredients for dental health! Highly recommended and of excellent quality. I add about 5 drops to 10mls of coconut oil but you can experiment. Also do so at your own risk.
