I’ve been using the Garnier Face Tanning Mist for about a year now, and honestly, I love it. I used to swear by the L’Oréal version, but since that was discontinued, this has become my go-to… and I might even prefer it! ✅ Pros: Super easy to apply – the fine mist means no streaks and no rubbing in. Dries quickly – I can get dressed almost straight after, which is a huge plus. Smells way better than most tans — not overpowering or overly "fake tany" Natural, buildable colour – I usually do one coat for a glow, two for a deeper tan. ⛔️ Cons: The spray can get a little patchy if you don’t exfoliate first. Doesn’t always last as long as mousse formulas — I tend to reapply every 3–4 days. My routine: I use it after exfoliating and moisturizing dry areas. I hold the can about 20cm away and spray in circular motions. No mitt needed, and it doesn’t leave that sticky feeling — it’s honestly ideal if you hate the faff of traditional fake tans. Final thoughts: If you’re after an easy, natural-looking tan without orange tones or mess, this is such a good find. It’s totally replaced my old favourite, and I’ll keep repurchasing as long as Garnier makes it.

Not the darkest mist I have ever tried However as I have sensitive skin, not had any real issue, one time I had a spot using it, but fine now. I generally put on before bed Wear gloves, does stain fingers for a few days Try not to itch face A good make and I am happy to use, as long as spray mist more than once Takes a fair while to dry, also easier if eyes are closed and something over them, if you wear glasses or not, it drips into the eyes.. I would say this one I am reviewing is too light for me, only a slight difference to my natural pale self, but it does give minimal colour on me. I want it natural, and it is, just takes a lot of mist, to get the colour I want. About to buy my 10th bottle of this so thought it deserved a review. I've tried so many brands - some mega expensive - but I always return to this. So easy to apply and colour looks natural even in the depths of winter. Best of all you don't end up with orange hands as per every other brand.
