I have always enjoyed Brown Bagging it for lunch. However, sandwiches can get old pretty fast.I read the reviews regarding this product and decided I was going to give it a try. I am so very happy that I did! I have positive and negative opinions concerning this product.On the Positive side:--Heats food in a wonderful manner. Sort of a mix of Microwave and Stovetop. My first use was Lasagna; it turned out piping hot with the cheese perfect!--Time to heat: 20 minutes. I thought it would turn out 'warmed' up. It was so hot that I am glad I didn't exceed the recommended time. Anymore would have way overcooked my lunch.--Exactly the right size to make a hot lunch.--Comes with a separate container inside. However, I have yet to use it.--Comes with a nice, insulated bag.--Has stainless steel Spoon/Fork and a compartment for them.--Can plug into AC or DC power with cords for each connection.--Has a seal to prevent leakage when closed.--Has a vent to allow steam to escape, which facilitates heating the food properly.--Clean-up is easy.The Negative:--The plastic 'hinges' for the lid clips are small and weak. Be sure to press down on the lid when clipping or they will likely break.--The plastic 'hinges' for the handle are also weak.I gave this product five stars in spite of the 'hinge' weakness. I already have a contingency plan if they break. I will use a velcro strap to close and seal the lunchbox. A simple solution.The Lunch Box works extremely well! Much better than I had anticipated. This Box will change how you enjoy lunch.I Highly Recommend it!

I have used it once so far and it worked well. I was heating up quinoa and salmon. It took about 25 mins, maybe needed 30 minutes to be piping hot. Overall very handy when you work on the road and prefer to walk with your own meal.

The 110 plug worked. The 12v car adapter that I bought it for, did not.***Update: The company has contacted me and offered to make right on the purchase. Giving 3 stars now. Will give more when resolved.****2nd update: Received the new 12v cord at no charge. Works very well now. Super handy. Great customer service. Completely recommend.

We initially loved this product. It wasn’t something we use very often. We have owned it for a year and a half and it’s been used probably around 15 times, if that much. The cord to use in the car has completely stopped working. I would not recommend wasting money on this. We should’ve had more than 15 uses for a $30 product.

Ordered this electric lunchbox the beginning of August for my husband who is a CDL driver. Worked fine for about a month until the cord that plugs into his truck stopped heating up the lunchbox. I contacted the company to get a new plug. After weeks of going back and forth via messenger I finally received a tracking number from the company. By the way they decided to ship via United States Postal Service which is the slowest way possible! On 11/04 I checked the tracking info only to find out the plug was shipped to MA and I am in NJ! So for months now we have a lunchbox we paid $35.00 dollars for that can't be used! I contacted Amazon and there only suggestion was to ship the entire lunchbox back to the company to get a replacement. I am hoping somebody reads this review so that we can just get a replacement plug shipped asap to the correct address!!!!!!!!
