Review: Works great - I use this with Home Assistant to monitor the water heater pan for water. The brains are mounted a couple of feet up the water heater and the sensor is in the pan on the water heater shell. It paired right up with Home Assistant and I can see battery, temp, humidity and water detection. I have an automation that turns off the Moen Flo if water is detected and alerts me.
Review: Works great with Vera Edge Zwave system - This is the second of these I have ordered and they work great with my old Vera Edge Zwave system. I have one monitoring an old hot water heater (that I'm sure will go out soon) for leaks and garage temperature while the other monitors a dryer vent in the attic for leaks and the attic temperature. I can't comment on the battery life as yet, but they monitoring works great. There is a slight trick to the manual adding to Vera, but the documentation is thorough and explains each step of the manual add process.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great with Vera Edge Zwave system

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hubitat didn't add it the way instructions did. But added fine by just clicking madly
*by D***J on June 12, 2024*

Once I got it paired with my Hubitat, it works great. But was an annoying sequence. First, factory zero it, by holding down the pairing button for about 30 seconds, until light changed. Then unpair it by pushing the pairing button madly until the light changes again, and it unpairs as an unidentified Z wave device. Then pair it the same way, and pairs as a generic Z wave sensor. THEN, go into Hubitat Devices, and change device from generic sensor to what it actually is. Then tap save and then tap Update. After all of that, it finally works fine, probably 50' from Hubitat at least, and down a floor, so has a floor and 2 walls between them.
