Not comfortable at all, either on forehead or bridge of nose.2. "Cardboard" app scan mis-recognizes the QR code as some other VR headset.3. No way to "select" menu options with phone in the holder (and yes, I 'stared' the crosshairs or dot onto the menu selection).4. No "action" button or bluetooth capability to add controller.4. Have to take phone in and out of the headset over and over - usually selecting some other function in the process.5. Not seamless to insert smartphone into headset.On the plus side1. The optics seem well done and image focus and alignment was no issue whatsoever.2. The adjustable straps worked just fine.3. The phone was held snugly.4. This particular product makes it so simple to put my phone in the front slot attach my headset and drift away in virtual reality. The straps on this headset are pretty comfortable on the top of my head and very adjustable. Another awesome thing about this particular product it comes in a variety of colors but the one i received was yellow which is my favorite color.
