The product arrived with the tightening part broken so the iPad only sits at certain angles
The tightening but for keeping the iPad in place has split after 1 use

Great, sturdy gadget, easy to fit, which has made my exercise more interesting! Big enough for my iPad Pro in its case!

Failed after 3 months
Was good at first but as time went on the ball joint slackened and couldn't be tightened further.Eventually stopped supporting the tablet.Poor design.
