I really don't know if these work or not but they are really yummy. They're the perfect size for a gummy and just enough that if I eat them right before bed, It settles the craving for a late night snack

I've been using these for just over a month. I haven't noticed a difference yet. They are quite expensive. But I love the taste and soft texture. Don't understand why the pack size is 75 when the serving size is 75. 37.5 days isn't a help.
