Worked Purrfectly on My Cat—And He’s FABULOUS!
I bought the Crazy Liberty Dog Hair Dye, but instead of using it on a dog, I decided to give my cat a fabulous makeover—and WOW, it turned out amazing! If you’re looking for a safe, vibrant, and easy-to-use pet dye, this is the one to get! Vibrant Color & Long-Lasting Results I was worried the color might be dull or fade quickly, but it came out bold and vibrant! My cat looks like a walking masterpiece, and even after a few weeks, the color has held up beautifully. Safe & Gentle on Fur The biggest concern for me was safety, especially since cats groom themselves constantly. Thankfully, this dye is non-toxic, gentle, and didn’t irritate his skin or fur. He acted completely normal after application—just extra fabulous! Easy to Apply & No Mess Applying it was shockingly easy. The texture is smooth, making it simple to work into the fur, and it washes off my hands easily (but stays on the pet!). I recommend using gloves and a brush for an even application. Final Verdict: 10/10 Would Dye My Cat Again! If you want to add a pop of color to your pet, this dye is fun, safe, and long-lasting. My cat now struts around like he knows he’s the most fabulous feline in town! ✔ Pros: Bright color, safe for pets, easy to use, long-lasting ✘ Cons: Your pet may start acting like a supermodel after their glow-up! Would I buy it again? Absolutely—I’m already planning his next color! I added a video and pictures ignore my ugly hands I’ve been painting all day!

Color is a perfect “light pink.” Not too difficult to apply, WILL stain hands
EDIT/UPDATE (see below for original review): it’s been over a month now (1.5 or 2 months) and it’s mostly gone from my poodles white hair (I’ve also shaved her so that makes a huge difference lol). There is still a light pink tint to her long ear hair. I don’t mind, I think it looks nice. But this means that it is NOT a temporary color. You better be ready to commit lol. Also, BE WARNED, if you don’t wear gloves, your hands will be stained for WEEKS!! I tried everything to get rid of the pink stain: rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover, scrubbing super hard with a nail brush, etc. NOTHING helped. I just had to wait a few weeks for it to slowly fade. People would make comments on it, it was that obvious. Don’t be like me, WEAR GLOVES!!! ———————————— Original review: This was my first time ever dying my toy poodle’s hair. I did a lot of research before, and this brand was one of the highest recommended ones for pet-safe dyes. Application wasn’t that difficult, but applying it to a moving around dog without getting it on the dog’s face was kind of hard. That’s not the product’s fault tho. I didn’t let it sit for the full 30 minutes, probably more like 20 (including rubbing it into the hair phase). I took my dog to the shower and added some conditioner to her hair. I rubbed the color/conditioner in all over (except face), then thoroughly rinsed. I love that the color ended up looking exactly like how I wanted, the perfect light pink. It ended up looking a little patchy, but that’s my fault because I was kind of rushing because it’s hard to get my dog to sit still. I think it looks so cute. But warning!!!! It WILL stain your hands, BAD. if you don’t wear gloves like they suggest (I didn’t). I’ve washed them so many times and my hands are still bright pink lol. Cant say how long it will last. But it doesn’t seem to be bothering my dog or her skin at all. I would recommend this to others!

Vivid 👍!
After doing MUCH research for a SAFE product to dye my little girls fur I found this one . First I was going to use food color because that’s what most people Say they used but the more I looked into it I felt uneasy and didn’t know if this was the safest way due to the fact that a lot of food dyes have some weird chemicals that could make there skin itchy or if your pet licks her paws .. idk… my Pomeranian is only 3 1/2 lbs and god forbid she got a chemical reaction or whatever , I couldn’t live with myself!! The reviews for this one were good , but fyi there is one scary review omg! Believe me I looked into it and poor dog must have been allergic. ALWAYS VERY IMPORTANT , you must do a patch test with any kind of dye you use on your pet or even yourself ! I did it and Miss Priscilla was totally fine with no itching or any bad reaction . It is semi-permanent which you always want to use . Permanent is too harsh for them . So this is such a vivid pink ! I love it ! It will make your hands pink so wear gloves unless it doesn’t bother you , also I actually left it on her for like 6 hours before I rinsed it . She was fine . If you intend to dye paws and you have light furniture or rugs I suggest you get them out of the way only for when you first apply dye and it’s still damp because it will stain it . But as soon as it dries it will be fine and no staining 👍.. I got the pink color and love how bright it is . As you can see in the picture I missed some spots on her paw but I will just redo it .. for semi permanent this stuff lasts a looooong time as well .. I think I couldn’t have found a better product out there than this one . This is a 5 star for sure . Hope my review helped out.! Great animal fur dye !

Red Dye
Overall this product is great. Once it is dry it does not get color on anything else. The colors are vibrant and it is easy to use. However, the red is very much so bright pink and not red.

FANTASTIC COLOR! Here is what you need to know
I love Crazy Liberty pet color. We have been using it for a long time and it is ALWAYS exceeds expectations. But...there are some things you need to know before you purchase. 1. If you are not a professional or have no idea what you are doing, PLEASE BE CAREFUL! Don't embarrass your dog with a bad dye job. So...watch some YouTube tutorials or attempt first with a wash out, DOG SAFE product. 2. It stains. Seriously, folks. It's dye. The comments complaining it stained furniture or their hands was 100% user error. You MUST wear gloves. I'm not kidding. If you don't, you will have some seriously funny colored hands. ALSO..it will stain furniture WHEN IT IS WET AFTER IT HAS BEEN APPLIED (NOT after it has dried). So...you must either keep your dog in the bathroom while the color sets OR wrap the dyed area. (Don't cover your dog's nose or mouth and I can't believe I even have to write that). In the photo of our dog with the multiple color tail, I wrapped each section in plastic wrap so it wouldn't transfer color. Our dog with the Mohawk, we used foils. 3. Make sure your dog has had a bath prior to application to remove any oils or dirt in fur. Apply to DRY dog fur. Wait 20 minutes.Gently wash out and do not shampoo. Towel blot dry. Use towels you don't plan on keeping. 4. You MAY have to reapply color if the color is not the desired shade. Just like human hair, each dogs fur is different. Our dog with the Mohawk took two applications. Our dog with the multi colored tail took one application. If your dog has dark fur, you will not get a bright result. 5.PRO TIP If you are unsure what you are doing or this is your first time using CRAZY LIBERTY, you can apply a SMALL AMOUNT of Vaseline around the area you are coloring to prevent color transfer to areas you do not want color, especially if you are doing Mohawks or very small areas of color. 6. Make sure your dog is okay and comfortable with this. Because...if they start to wiggle or try to move around while you are applying color, you could get color in areas you don't want. If that happens....dog safe shampoo & water immediately. Do you see the area next to my dog's base of his tail that is slightly pink? He just adjusted the position he was sitting and the dyed tail portion happened to bump his furry bum area just as I was wrapping the color. I will groom it out, but wanted photos for your reference before I did. When reading the reviews, take tips from the professionals and not the people who now have dogs that look like they escaped from a clown car.

Magenta was purple
Not the color I was wanting, but the dye itself is good quality, easy to apply and lasted until it grew out! I ordered the magenta thinking it would come out as shown in the add, but it looks a bit more purple. I like my pup much better bright pink!

Beautiful saturated color
I have bought this product several times in two different colors. There is no bad smell and the dye spreads easily and thoroughly covers the area I chose. My dogs tails look adorable and it makes the white fur very bright yet on my darker dog it covers her gray tail with color too-just shows as darker. It fades a bit with time but honestly stays in until it grows out. We have a saltwater pool and one of my dogs is in it all the time and it doesn’t really affect the color of her tail. We always get compliments on how cute they look and it’s a gentle product that doesn’t hurt them in any way during application. They just sit on my lap on a towel like the good girls they are😍. I 100% recommend this brand to anyone!

It’s like using clothing dye on your dog
I have a very sweet dog whose coloration, unfortunately, makes her look mean. After almost 7 years of people assuming she’s an aggressive dog for no other reason that her coloring I decided to give my girl a makeover. Unfortunately, my tri colored dog is now black, brown, white, purple, grey and blue. I could see almost immediately that the hair coloring wasn’t really absorbing well into her white fur and casting a bluish tint so I kept layering on more and more of the product and allowed it to sit for 50 minutes as opposed to the recommended 20 to 30 minutes. Because the product has the consistency of a jelly like pudding I became frustrated with the stickiness of my hands and half way through the process I took off my gloves. I take full responsibility for my dyed hands and fingernails but I wanted to remind others: do as I say, not as I do. If you don’t want to look undead, keep those gloves on. Overall I feel like I should have known better than to use this product. I saw another review where a customer said the black dye turned their dog blue but I ignored it. My guess is this product works best for dogs with hair, not fur. Don’t expect your white dog to turn black and don’t expect the product to cover much surface area. For reference my dog is only 43 lbs and I was only able to dye her face and some of her neck. If anyone has ever used boxed clothing dye like Rit, expect the product to act in a similar fashion.
