People are complaining that it tastes bad, but that's the point. The acetic acid chemically stimulates sensory receptors in the back of your throat, this sensory trigger sends a rapid signal to your nervous system that quiets overactive alpha motor neurons, causing the cramped muscle to relax. Take this when you need it, as a cure, not prevention. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 30 July 2026* They taste good. A bit sharp but very nice. And they worked for me after about 10 minutes or so. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well but tastes grim! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 21 September 2026* Works really well to stave off cramp. Tastes pretty gross (vinegary) but I think that’s how it’s supposed to work. I will get again for long runs ## Frequently Bought Together - Crampfix QuickFix Shot Sachets - Fast & Effective Relief from Muscle Cramp (3 x 20ml Packets) (Lemon) - HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets | Hydration Tablets Enhanced with Vitamin C | 0 Calories & Sugar Free | Boost Hydration, Performance & Wellness | Tropical, 20 Tablets, Pack of 1 - SaltStick Fastchews, Electrolyte Replacement Tablets for Rehydration, Exercise Recovery, Youth & Adult Athletes, Hiking & Sports Recovery, 2 x Packets of 10 Tablets (Lemon Lime) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.nz/products/314552082-crampfix-quickfix-shot-sachets-fast-and-effective-relief-from-muscle](https://www.desertcart.nz/products/314552082-crampfix-quickfix-shot-sachets-fast-and-effective-relief-from-muscle) --- *Product available on Desertcart New Zealand* *Store origin: NZ* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
