Very stiff and not that good looking. Ended up using generic hose for half the price which looks and works much better

Leaking Connector at Shower Head
It leaks at the base of the shower head screw on connector. Looks like it is pressed onto the hose poorly

After 14 months the connection to the handheld shower failed. Not something you'd expect for such an expensive product. I've contacted customer support. Let's see what they say.
