Have worked continuously since arrived. No complains, very quick access to the data. The NVR is on 24/7.

1 out of 7 drives I ordered was dead on arrival. The remaining six and its replacement are working well

Drive works well so far. Checked serial # on Seagate website and warranty says good until 2030. Happy so far.

Imminent crash error from the beginning. 3 months on and it didn't crash so far. Still it's quite a lot of data loss. I'll move the data and put it in NAS. At least data can be recovered if this drive crashes. The other drives are Toshiba.

Received the product in good condition. Have not used it yet because what I ordered it for would not fit and it was a 2 1/2 inch I needed. It’s a 3 inch but I have a laptop. I can probably put it in later so I kept it

Bought this 9 months ago and now my DVR is notifying my drive is failing. Bad sectors left and right. I know HDDs can be fragile at times, maybe something happened out of Seagate's control. Be cautious and always do your research first.

Capacity as advertised, quiet product. I have only problem, Amazon need to have shipped that in antistatic bag and better padding since it is fragile and I am lucky to have got it working, I thought of returning it at once for the improper packing. As a Seagate product is works great.

As soon as I put the drive in the dock it made a beeping sound. This means the head is unable to write/read on the HD. Too bad. Concerned about ordering another one.
