No grip
The description isn't very clear. This yoga towel does not have the rubber grip dots on one side. It "stays put" with folded corners into which you would tuck your mat in. When the wind blows just a bit, the towel just lifts off the mat. Not useful and sometimes frustrating. It is also made of cheap microfibre material.

This my second Gaiam mat. Not sure why it is more expensive that Green, about $10 more.

Ho vari asciugamani per i tappetini ma questo è il migliore perché avendo gli angoli rimane in posizione senza problemi. Non c'è il bisogno continuo di riaggiustare.

Perfect size for my mat and good price. The towel prevents slipping and the corner pockets keep the towel in place. Bought a second one.
