WYSIWASH Sanitizer-V and 8-Pack of Jacketed Caplets

I’ve wanted this for yrs and finally got one. It is absolutely fantastic for disinfecting my outside dog run that’s pavers and the lower edging of the metal run. Absolutely zero dog odor. So easy to use and effective. I wish I got it yrs ago! If I could give more than five stars I would.

I have used this product several times over the years when my dogs had small patios on which to relieve themselves. Never had a problem with odors after sanitizing with this product. I am now using it to sanitize the cement floors if my horse stalls. Highly recommend this!

This is a very unique concept that allows me to hose things down and sanitize them with a chemical disinfectant. That is mild enough to leave on the surface to dry. Using the hose allows me to get every nook and cranny that I would probably otherwise miss with a spray bottle and rag.I had a minor problem with one of the plastic parts. I contacted the manufacture directly, and the guy stayed on the phone with me for like 35 minutes, talking about all the different ways to use it, best practices and even sent me links with videos to help new employees better understand the system.They resolved my plastic part issue at no cost and the employee was clearly not in a rush to get off the phone with me. It’s rare that you see this kind of service in today’s market. One it was not a third-party call center somewhere in another country. People answer the phone actually use the product, work at the company and act and speak like they are actually owners in their business.I had initial concerns because I noticed some of the reviews and online videos. People had expressed concerns about metal screws used to hold the main housing together. Those metal screws apparently were getting corroded with the chlorine. My pleasant surprise when I open my unit I saw that the screws have been replaced with plastic screws as there’s not much tension needed to hold the two parts together. I was happy to see that this issue had already been resolved as I was planning to head to the hardware store with the screws to see if there’s any kind of brass screws or better options that I could use to avoid problems that I was seeing online.It’s good to see a manufacturer respond to issues promptly and make improvements as needed in their products.I will update this review if anything changes once I start using the product daily at my facility.

A new foster pup brought home Giardia and all 5 of my other dogs ended up getting it. If you don’t know, it’s one of the hardest things to get rid of (even for one dog), so with 5 I was FREAKING out. I had spent some much money and time trying to find a solution for the yard. The dogs kept reinfecting themselves because their poop was pure liquid and I couldn’t pick it up! I finally decided to purchase this and PRAISE THE LORT. Finally I was able to rid the yard of Giardia and all the dogs are finally doing good. I sprayed every two days, and I’ve still only used one of the capsules. This is going to be my new favorite product to keep the yard disinfected and clean.

I am a new owner of turf. Our turf was put in during the winter and I thought there would be no issues with dog urine: I was spraying down the yard (turf&rocks) every morning after cleaning up dog waste. Every few days I was using an enzyme cleaner and I ran into no issues. That is, until the Las Vegas heat hit this past Easter. I could not get the stench of dog urine out of my yard and I was mortified as we were hosting the family. Since then I have tried a handful of different products that did nothing but mask the smell.I was so happy to have found wysiwash. Within one spray of our dog run I could no longer smell the dog urine. I saw other reviews that say it takes a couple weeks of use for the smell to be completely gone, and I may have to agree. As soon as my dog would pee I smelled it right after. That could be because he is older and owes about a half gallon of water each time, but I did smell it every time. However, I would just do a quick spray with wysiwash and the smell is gone.I haven’t used it long enough yet to see lasting results. I had an issue where the top cover of the body sprung a leak. I thought I had emptied out all the water in the way the directions say to do it, but I guess I didn’t. I’m not sure if it was the fact that it still had water in it or because it was outside (though under cover) but there was no saving it.Thankfully the seller got back to me super quick and was able to send a replacement top which just came in today. They were great to deal with.I’m still not sure what caused the crack in the lid, but I think moving forward I will just open the lid to empty the water completely, and then make sure the sprayer is housed in a temperature controlled area to ensure longevity.

I have tried every single turf cleaner and deodorant that Amazon has to offer. I just couldn't justify paying for this system if there was a cheaper alternative. I have four 100lb doodles and a 20x20 dog run with artificial turf. I remove the solid waste twice a day and hose it down, no matter what. But I use this system twice per week and I can not smell anything! It is truly a miracle and anyone who has turf with animal waste smells HAS to own this! You will not be disappointed! I can now work outside on my covered porch with no smells!

I had a 24'x50' turf installed and didn't want it ruined by the smell of urine & poo. I wash it once a week. It takes me 1.5 hours each time. I use full force up close to saturate it. I have a whole pack of dogs so any less would be a waste of my time and money. One capsule lasts me 4-6 weeks. Be sure to drain the sprayer properly after each use. It's a pricy initial investment but oh so worth it. Definitely recommend!

Works great outdoors. Helps keep the parasite load down at our sanctuary.
