Love this stuff. Nice big tub, excellent blend of spices, herbs, msg, sugar, salt and pepper. The moment you open the tub you get that classic Chinese takeaway aroma, and it's so easy to use. Just spray chicken wings, pork ribs or pork fillet with a fine mist of oil, sprinkle on the seasoning, leave to marinate for an hour then cook. Simples. Lots of chilli flakes so, by marinating before cooking, you get the perfect heat level. Salt and pepper ribs from our favourite takeaway are £9. So you can nearly buy two tubs for that...and that's loads of ribs coated. Excellent value for money.

After reading the reviews I was expecting better, this was ok, but definitely nothing to crow about, nearly a whole pot of salt with very little pepper and not many chilli flakes, it was eatable but I can’t go as far as saying it was enjoyable it was just salt really, I won’t be buying another one. Gave it 3 stars because there was nothing wrong with it, it did say in the title salt and pepper seasoning, but I couldn’t find or taste any pepper, just not for me.
