Forwalls vinyl decals can be applied to almost any surface - painted walls (allow 3 weeks to dry freshly painted walls), wall-paper, counter tops, windows, mirrors and tiles. They will not adhere to cloth, stucco, brick or similar uneven surfaces including some wall papers. If you are concerned or if the wall offers resistance heat with a hair drier to remove.
