Everything neatly packaged, like new as stated. This went to replace a used purchase of ebay which turned into a pathetic, nightmare experience. Now, to these subwoofer, it really fills up a mid size room so fully. I love how they sound. Everything is easy to do, from detection via the app to fine tuning. Love it! Oh, the glossy white is gorgeous
