Bought this product 3/22 & each time I use it, I feel like it helps. I don't use as much as I should bc I forget that I have it but it helps to reduce my neck & shoulder discomfort.

This thing is awesome !!!!! I sit at a desk all day for my job 40 hours a week and sometimes more if there’s overtime. When I’m not at work I am on my phone a lot either apps or reading a book etc. I started noticing that I had a lot of neck pain and stiffness and that it felt like there was a hump at the back of my neck or starting to be one and I couldn’t really crack it or stretch it any way on my own to get relief. I was looking through a lot of products on Amazon and Google, Reading reviews and I decided on this product. I’m so glad I did! I don’t use it as often as I should just because I forget. But when I do it feels really great and if I do remember to use it more than one day in a row there’s a significant difference in my vertebrae in the neck/upper shoulder area and the hump is greatly diminished. I usually lay on it about 10 minutes because I have ADHD and it’s near impossible for me to sit still for that long without being able to Do something on my phone. But literally the day that it got delivered and the day after I laid on it and immediately noticed a big difference in my pain that I have been having for months and the alignment of the vertebrae in my neck! Definitely not a waste of money it is worth every penny, so if you have any kind of neck pain this is something you definitely need if you can’t afford to go to a chiropractor, it’s gentle it’s comfortable it really stretches your spine in that area and it feels awesome afterwards and it’s great for maintaining the alignment of your spine so nothing gets any worse and definitely I would say correct issues if used long-term. I am not a medical professional this is just my personal opinion having used the product.

I purchased this product after trying all kinds of medications , devices , steroid shots for back pain I’ve had since a car wreck that I got into back in 2011-2012. It’s felt like I’ve had pins and needles ever since . In 2015 I had my first baby girl and it’s gotten worse since . I’ve tried to relieve the pain numerous different ways over the years and tried different devices but nothing has worked . I actually learned to deal with the pain and thought it was normal at one point. Earlier this year I had another baby girl and with that , my back pain got even worse . I was told by my mom ,(because she does the same thing) that I hold tension in my upper back, neck and shoulders and slouching was making it worse . That made so much sense to me . I did some research and looked for yet another product and came across this one . I read some reviews , read up on what the product was supposed to do and I decided to go ahead and try it out . Worse case scenario was if it didn’t work , I could return it . It worked though which shocked me . It also helps me with my posture , which helps my back pain and tension in my neck and shoulders go away . I actually love it so far and I hope that it keeps working for me the way it has been . Thank you for making this product . It’s made my life easier and it’s even made me a nicer momma and wife too!!!! So thank you!!!

This is a great product. I use it every night for like 5 minutes before going to bed to relax my neck and shoulders and it does the job.

This is made nicely and included a cover and a storage bag. I have severe neck issues and had hoped this would be the thing that gives me relief. It does work somewhat, but I had hoped for results that were more akin to the reviews (and from friends who have had excellent results), but I realize that everyone’s situation is different and this is a one size fits all fix that will have different results for diff people. I do still use it, but I am careful about how often or how long, otherwise it ends up making my pain worse. I would recommend it, with the caveat that it isn’t a miracle device. And thankfully Amazon is always happy to refund it. Oh, and the smell that many people complained about- it’s definitely noxious. But I sprayed mine with odo-ban (also an Amazon purchase. lol!) and left it alone for a few days and don’t smell anything anymore. I would suggest people who are sensitive to the smell wipe it down and put it somewhere to air out the chemical smell.

In 2021, I was involved in a serious car accident and after the required therapy, I was told both by my chiropractic and also confirmed by my Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician that it would be a very good idea to get this portable stretcher for added comfort and evident pain relief when so required. It took me just a few days to get used to it. However, the stretcher/ relaxer has been quite helpful to make me feel so much better as I am still recovering from my mild to a moderate neck injury and C-5, C-6, and C-7 herniated discs. In the pictures above you can see my setup that I usually carry along: a yoga mat - the ZAMAT Neck and Shoulder Relaxer with Magnetic Therapy Pillowcase - and a small yellow towel. Although the pillow comes with its own cover, I regularly cover it with that thin towel, especially when I come out from the shower and my hair is somehow wet. Another reviewer said: "It smelled like mold." That is probably because s/he was not careful enough and must've kept it away with some humidity. Obviously, not a good idea. As I frequently travel, away from home, (by the end of the day), this setup above has proven to be extremely useful and convenient. On the other hand, I am a photographer and I certainly get tired, my neck and shoulders get very tense after a long day of carrying cameras and camera bags, needless to say, but this pillow also helps me to get relaxed so easily, so I could have some good night sleep. Use it, please at any time from 20-30 minutes as a convenient way of easy relaxation to power yourself up and continue to stand up strongly and full of energy. Highly recommended!

I wish I’d read the negative reviews before purchasing the product. The design of the pillow seems to work it but has a strong moldy smell which is not ideal as you’re supposed to rest your head and neck on it. Washed the case but it’s the actual pillow itself that smells and I don’t think this will be possible to remove as it’s a thick synthetic material. I would strongly suggest buying one of the many other similar products on the market.
