I love the darker bamboo coloring and it is durable as long as you aren’t extremely rough with it or put it in your dishwasher. I’d hand wash only. It makes a great froth and mixes the Matcha perfectly for that authentic traditional taste. Highly recommend these whisks

This has been the best whisk for making matcha lattes-- but inside of a month the tines are breaking & falling out. I didn't realize this would basically be a disposable whisk. So disappointing....

We purchased this is 2020 and it was long and a smaller whisk, easy to mix in a deeper cup. I purchased a new one in 2022 and it is short and fatter. Disappointed that the product changed!

While this looks like most other 100 tine Japanese match whisks I’ve purchased I noticed that it is not made in Japan at all. Instead it is a Chinese knock-off. That’s why it was cheaper than a Japanese made whisk.
