This album is excellent quality! I was hesitant to order because of the high price, but it is so worth it. It came very carefully packaged with multiple layers of protection and in a very high quality keepsake box. My photos slipped in easily and are very secure. I would absolutely purchase this again!

I bought one for a special occasion album of 5x7 photos and loved it so much I got another one! The photos slide in easily but are then secure and don’t slip out, although they are removable. The album looks very high quality and professional. There is no plastic over the photos; it’s just an open window so it covers the edges of the photo to hold it in place. Very little is covered but for some group photos, people close to the edge get cut off, or text captions right at the bottom will be partially covered. If this matters a lot to you, just order your prints with a small white border. I still highly recommend this album as a much less expensive alternative to the ones offered by professional studios. And, you get to showcase real photographic prints which looks very classic - a different look from the photo scrapbook companies that print ink on paper.

We ordered this album for our 8x10 Wedding photos. The album comes in a nice keepsake box for storage. The material is leather-like and feels nice to the touch with an embossed frame. Inside, the pages are sturdy and strong with metal supports on the corners. The envelope sleeves allow an easy and secure way to slide in your 8x10 photos. I only wish the price was a bit less expensive. Since I couldn't find anything even close I still think it is worth the price paid. All in all a very nice album.....exactly what I was looking for.

These were exactly what I was looking for to protect my daughter’s wedding photos. I wish there was a clear covering in the opening. Otherwise they’re perfect.

I bought these as mother's day gifts and loaded them with photos of my child (a senior in high school this year). They seem sturdy and are very nice looking. I don't see any reason why they won't hold up. The price is a little steep but overall worth it.

Pluses: - very beautiful, comes in nice display box which makes a nice presentation when giving to someone. This is nicest album I've used so far. - photos insert easily. Minus: - Photos are supposed to slide in and then drop into a little cutout and stay in place held by tightness of the leather. However some prints don't and slide out during simple handling of album. Of 30 prints in album, 4 have this problem. Solved by carefully inserting a small piece of double sided tape. Note: - Cropping warning! [This is not an issue with this album] Any album that has a slip in with border holding it in place masks part of print. The print area that is viewable with this album is 7-3/8" x 9-3/8", not 8" x10". In hindsight this is obvious as the border is required to hold print in place. Anyone familiar with printing products and the issues with trim and bleed will understand. However I forgot and had to have reprinted several images where my crop was too tight and part of subject was covered. Also there is slight movement of print in sleeve. I would crop the image so that the critical area is restricted to 9" x 7" center of the 8" x 10" print.
