So tasty, I’m ordering again

Very happy with the product. Have used it a few times and I mix it into pasta just like I would any Mac and cheese bag (with milk and butter) It's not clumpy or fake tasting. The flavor could be stronger, but that can also be done by adding more cheese to each dish. I look forward to trying the sharp cheddar next

The flavor of this cheese is good. However, I much prefer and recommend the yellow cheddar version, which I tried first. This white cheddar version tastes much saltier (too salty) and this is reflected in the ingredients and sodium content. I will still use it but I will not buy it again but instead will get the yellow cheddar version next time.

It seems fine. I just found it extremely salty in practice. I'll just have to use it sparingly.

After trying several powdered cheese products, we finally found this one and it does the job where those others failed. It sticks to popcorn really well as long as there's a little fat for it to stick to, and the flavor's great! It works well on its own or in combination with another powdered flavor like jalapeno, onion, or garlic.

I used a tiny bit of this cheese powder on my fried rice (which had gone a bit bland in the fridge) and couldn't have been more pleased. I now have at least a dozen ideas of what to do with it. Corn muffins, chicken breading, in meatballs, on veggies, on roasted potatoes or seasoned fries, in homemade mac and cheese, tuna salad, garlic toast, salads, homemade white cheddar popcorn, etc. Best thing since sliced bread!

Way better than boxed mac and cheese. Even my picky husband and children love it. I also love that it's much healthier than the chemical yellow powder you get in the box. Overall, I've been quite happy with all of the Anthony's products I've tried so far. My daily items in my cupboard are quickly being replaced with them, including my heavy cream.

Great on popcorn and steamed or roasted veggies. Lasts a long time in original packaging. No caking or clumping. Flavor is robust and creamy.
