Don’t forget to take the protective covering off. When I first put this on I could not see and it was not clear at all. There is protective covering on each side that needs to be peeled off. Once I did that I can see clearly, it is comfortable and I would definitely suggest. I am using to protect my face while putting up ceiling insulation, but I could see how this could be used in an every day occupational setting and work well.

I was about to return it because it appeared to be opaque then I saw the edge where I can remove the film just wish it was a little bit longer

The shields are so cloudy it is difficult to see through them. I tried washing them to no avail. The quality of the material is poor. I would not recommend buying unless the use is outside in bright light. EDIT: I realized there's a plastic cover on both sides of the shield. Once the cover is removed the shields are clear. I now rate them as 4 star.

This is the first time I purchased a face shield like this, but it does not provide an ultra clear view at all. After trying on the first time, seeing through the face shield was blurry. A couple of days later, I learned there was a removable layer of film over the face shield that I needed to remove first. Even after removing the film layer, the face shield just is not clear. There are tiny and visible air holes throughout the shield material and even some scratches. I don't know if all face shields are made like this, but don't purchase this brand if you're looking for a clear face shield that doesn't negatively alter your vision.
