I’m on a low carb diet and I intermittent fast about 20 (or more sometimes) hours per day as well. I was searching around for electrolytes and vitamin C with zero calories no carbs, no erythritol and only sweetened with Stevia (because it does not break a fast or affect blood sugar.) for when I fast and want to cave and eat before the fast ended. This brand checked all my boxes. I ordered this kind for a boost of vitamin C as well because it really helps me to not get colds or flu (I rarely get sick because I always take my vitamin C) The green apple is SOOOOOO delicious! Not too sour either and not too sweet! Just right in my opinion and it’s so good! Of course I started getting obsessed and ordered almost every kind and flavor this company has, and I love them all. The antioxidant ones are also all fantastic, and the taste is just fresh and refreshing! I gave my mom a sample pack of every flavor and she dislikes stevia (thinks it’s bitter) but even she loved these and drinks them daily. We go on diets together so this has helped us both lose weight, feel good/healthy and is very satisfying and satiated between meals or while fasting. I just love their product and will always try them! I always feel I get extra hydration with the electrolytes and especially on hot days working outside doing yard work or weeding it’s a Godsend!
