The digital home kitchen scale by MetricalTM is a great addition to any home or professional kitchen. The sleek and stylish scale can provide weights up to 11 lbs. or 5 kg, and is accurate to within one gram. Weights are displayed on a large easy to read backlit LCD that enhances ease of use in dimly-lit environments. An easy to use unit conversion feature allows the scale to display weights in pounds/ounces, grams, or kilograms. Because the weighing surface of the scale is composed of tempered glass, it is easy to clean and disinfect. Measuring in at just under 6x6 inches, the surface of the scale is large enough to be used with most small to mid-sized containers. The tare feature allows the weight of any container used in conjunction with the scale to be easily subtracted.
