bad quality control
frustrating to say the least, received the chandelier, unpacked and assembled it and while assembling it there is a top ring that is supposed to screw in to the chandelier, well it is completely obvious the they were two different sizes and there was not any type of reducer nut. I am pretty handy and read the instructions 10 times thinking I was missing something but in the end I chalked it up to bad quality control and returned it.

Not the color in picture
I ordered this based off the picture. Saw there was a note saying this was darker than it appear in the picture. However when I opened it was absolutely not even close. This is a dark brassy gold. Had to return.
