Helped motivate me to work out more!
Fun and easy to use! Helped me get good squats and the perfect amount of resistance to push me a bit further than usual! Helped me also get into working out more since a few of these squats every day for 10 minutes then increasing the amount each day got me to lose weight which really made me more confident! It’s pretty long too, I’m 5’4 and it fit like a charm, not sure about shorter people or super tall people though. Overall perfect product though!

Great workout tool!
04/18/25So far I absolutely love this pilates bar! It provides one heck of a work out and you can workout every body part which is amazing!so far the bands hold strong with no signs of impending breakage but as I keep using it I will update in a month or so! I have tried all the accessories except for the door mount thing.. just a little scared of falling flat on my face and breaking some teeth but when I do try I'll update!

Great equipment
I broke my hips, so I can’t back squat anymore. This makes me feel like I’m doing it again. My legs are sore. Out of the package, it’s very easy to put together. You can pull it out the box and work out right away. The grip is awesome and the balance is great. Just like a regular back squat, but with bands. Range of motion can be limited. If you’re short like me, you’ll have to adjust your grip a bit or you’re doing quarter squats.

I use this in combination with other band workout materials and its definitely added a wider variety to my workout routine. The bar is very solid, definitely not bending that even with the 230lbs in bands I currently have on it. This is great, get it you won't regret it.

I love it but it's too tall for me
To start with, this is phenomenal. I had already done an hour long workout earlier in the morning, so didn't put a lot into using this, but even after 30 seconds of using it in various positions, I definitely felt the workout. My absolute ONLY con with this is, I am 5'3" and the bands are too tall for me to do most of the positions successfully if I want ANY resistance. They stretch so much and my legs are short that I don't get much out of them as is. I am purchasing additional resistance bands and will just be adding resistance at higher weights to counter that issue. I can already lift 80 pounds easily as is, so even both bands together on each side didn't really help with having to stretch taller than I am to feel anything. I think someone 5'7" and above would do better for the maximum resistance. Other than that, it is absolutely perfectly. I am insanely excited to begin using it for a full workout tomorrow.

Was great until it became dangerous.. Update 03/07/23
I purchased this bar back in Sept and used it a few times a month. Used it today and it snapped during my workout hitting me on my foot as if I dropped a heavy object! Updated review 03072023 The company contacted me after reading my review. I received an update version of the pilates bar with thicker resistance bands. They seem more durable and a better quality than the last ones. Hopefully the resistance bands will not break. I'll update my review in a few months. Added a star because of good customer service.

Like a gym in a bag. Light weight and easy to carry.
This is like having a gym of weight set in a bag. You can workout every muscle group with this. It is a different kind of resistance, and you have plenty with the bands provided. Good as an edition to a home gym, or good for traveling, or good for a job where you have some free time to get a great workout, on the go.

Easy to use well constructed

A friend recommended X3 but that is not available in India. I researched an alternative and this came close. It feels like it has a solid build. The kit is mechanically simple and does not have unnecessary attachments and adjustment straps like some competitive products. There is only a 30 lbs band and a 50 lbs band and the two can be used together for 80 lbs. The upper body exercises mimic weight-lifting with barbells. The abs and core workout is like the regular crunches but with the added resistance from the bands. The lower body workout is squats also in the style of weight-lifting. I like that it gives a good whole-body workout to build fitness and strengthen the core in as little as 10 mins a day. I don't have much time in a day and am loving that I can fit it in a tight schedule.
