For such an expensive probiotics sad to say they are dead and no support from customer service

Beware! FAKE!!
I have purchased this same product multiple times before.. the consistency is NOT the same, color is not the same, and Smells like chlorine!!! Didnt drink and threw it in the trash. THIS ITEM IS FAKE!!! Never ordering again!!
