We think these have the best combination of absorbency and comfort in pull up adult underwear for our needs. The person who uses them still has just enough independence to put on her own underwear, so even though she has a high degree of incontinence, we chose these to give her some small measure of control over her self care.

This was a purchase for my father who is experiencing incontinence. They work well during the day and overnight. Better than any store bought brand.

These are far more absorbent than what I had been buying. My husband has dementia and is incontinent and strongly resists being changed. These adult pull-ups keep the wetness inside and pulled away from the body. They are sturdy and a great buy in my opinion. A lot cheaper to buy them here than in a medical supply store.
