Love the Gold finish, The Camo butt , nice wrap/guides, really good action rod , not too stiff/not too whippy . just right for trolling for Mahi Mahi, Bonita, albacore , Tuna up to 100 pounds. I got lucky and got a return for $44 , just like new. Bought a Penn 4/0 on Ebay for $36 , great fishing rod/reel for $80 !!!!!!!!! You won't get a rod like this at Walmart and you'd pay $200 for a rod like this at a tackle store. I'd like to know who buys rods and reels from tackle stores these days, because the prices are so ridiculous . Mostly $200 - $300 rods there , man !! Thank goodness for desertcart and Ebay , a fishermens best friend.

I bought 2- 30-50 class rods with a straight butt and I just ordered 2 more because I just love them ! It's pretty good for the price point. I'm sure there are much better poles out there but this will work just fine. Definitely setup for heavy weight fish.
